288 Holder on RBK 11 boot 8.5

Would you guys know if it would be possible to put a size 288 RB II holder on a RBK 8.5 D/AA skate or is that to much of a jump?

Tried on some RBK 11 skates yesterday and boot felt great. Recently switched from 9 radius on 280mm steel to 9 radius on 288 steel and really like that set up.
