cooperalls 4 Report post Posted April 27, 2012 The 4" extension is not factored into the flex rating, meaning they epoxy a 4" composite plug into an existing OPS. If you don't cut past the 4" extension, the stick will still be an 82 flex. However, having the extra length will make it play a little softer, since you're using a bigger lever.
