NXG Total One Fit

I did a search but found nothing. I was wondering if the nxg is made on the same last as the one 95 skate.

When I purchased my X60s I tried a one95 in the same size and width. I remember it feeling slightly more sloppy (loose) than the vapor. Today I purchased my son a pair of nxgs and decided to try a pair on myself. I found the fit to be much more snug and form fitting than the one95s I had tried a few years back. These skates felt great and I would have bought them over the x60s which I love.

What gives? Did my foot get fat or is the skate that much different than the one95. I almost pulled the trigger but 2k on equipment in one day would have been a tough sell with the wife.

I believe that they are built on the same last, but I do agree that they feel different. I think the thicker lining and ankle padding makes the NXG's feel a bit lower volume. Try a C width on if you can find one. That should be closer to the Vapor D.

I bought the One .9's as i thought they felt better without the extra ankle padding. NXG's also seemed to have a higher arch compared to the One .9's.
