OpenIceHit42 2 Report post Posted June 5, 2012 Looking to get some wheels to get me through the summer (1 session) until ice starts again and not really looking to spend a fortune; has anyone ever purchased anything like these?http://www.ebay.com/...=item5ae70beaeehttp://www.ebay.com/itm/BLUE-BELLYS-76mm-78a-Roller-Inline-Skate-Wheels-8-Pack-/370615224634?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item564a63893a
Zombies #77 10 Report post Posted June 5, 2012 When I was looking for cheap wheels I went with TRON mega Hz wheels from hockeytron. I have had no issues with them and at $2 each you can't beat the price for the quality.
jazz4all 9 Report post Posted June 5, 2012 i think my some of my friends are using the similar wheels but in 76A to replace their addiction. its been around 4months,so i guess its more durable than addiction with nice grip. however, i'm not sure if its the same product :P

shute 4 Report post Posted June 5, 2012 whatever you might be using right now regardless of the condition, it's got to be better than those! You will regret buying them....

wetwilly17 6 Report post Posted June 5, 2012 i've used the ones from tgm skateboard - just for outdoor skating on asphalt and the softer ones i got for painted concrete. you get what you pay for. i got them on amazon and they came with some cheap abec 9 bearings that are really cheap and good for outdoor use. basically, if you don't care about performance and just want something cheap then go for it. mhkehoe 1 Report post Posted June 5, 2012 Appreciate the input. I think I'm going to give the Tron's a shot.HockeyTron ones aren't bad for the money. I felt like they wore faster than a 82A wheel should, but they gripped decently enough. The wheels did start to chunk once they got close to the hub.
