isnt ice court that stuff that messes up sticks and stuff because of its ruff surface . Or is that something else

I think that was the old Ice Court with the perforations which had sharp edges. I have not heard that about the new "Ice Court" surface, actually called "Exxcess", but it has just come out, so not too many places have it yet. It is supposed to be the best gripping floor but also have the fastest puck movement and a lot less puck bounce. I know some players who have used a "sister product" called Skate Court and they raved about it as "the best surface ever".

how much is the new ice court gonna cost a square foor or a tile

I think it was something like $2.50 something US$ /tile back in the spring of 2004. Tiles are 10" square I believe.
