Thanks for posting, awesome story. I remember watching the training tips with Johnny Wharton segments during intermissions on Pass Sports. They were always hilarious... he'd saunter out in his Red Wings track suit, put his foot up on a bench and say something like "Remember to stretch before working out"... then the voice over "This has been Training Tips with Johnny Wharton".
