Buy a shaft, don't know wich one!

Just need to buy a new shaft. But I really don't know wich one. Can you give me some help or feedback?

I'm looking for a shaft between 70-80 flex.

Need to be grip as hell because i'm playing sometimes when it's raining ( it's for deck hockey )

and need to be standard

I was looking at that AK shaft but I had a few questions. How long is the int version of this shaft and does it play whippier/stiffer or is it pretty true to the number?
