anyone else have this issue with reebok 9k kfs gloves

I ordered them online in a size 14. Fit is great, feel is great. Really dig the glove. Tried on my elbow pads with them and the glove inside the glove part comes up pretty high on my forearm to the point where it overlaps the elbow pad. the slash guard of the elbows. i like my gloves to meet or end a little below the elbow pad.

didn't know if they were supposed to fit like this or if it's a combo of the gloves and elbow pads. They are Easton 65S. I like the gloves so much I'd be willing to buy another pair of elbow pads.

Can't you just push that part back inside the glove? My warrior gloves do the same thing, but I keep that part inside the glove to prevent that
