Does a playing suspension carry over to coaching? (USA Hockey)

If an adult player receives a match penalty resulting in an indefinite suspension from USA hockey games until a hearing, does that also mean he is not allowed on the bench to coach during youth games?

I have never heard of a match penalty (only indefinite suspension I've ever heard of) impacting anything other than the ability to play. We have had local officials with long term suspensions and match penalties and they were still permitted to work games during the term of the suspension.

Hmmm, yeah, I figured it would only affect playing, but we are being told he can't be on the bench until a state level hearing (abuse of an official). Luckily he's only an asst coach. I'll never understand fighting in beer league.
