New shoulder pads recommendations?

Agreed, I tried a few on at the LHS the other day, and the warriors felt the best to me.

I agree - I tried on all the top of the line shoulders out of curiousity this year and the 2012 (blue and grey) Projekts felt the most comfortable to me as well. I'm sticking with my Farrells for now, but if I ever decide I want something more protective the Projekts are at the top of my list (I did pick up the new Projekt elbows and love those). They also seemed to have more side/rib protection than most pads.

Yeah I'm amazed how far stuff has come along. I bought all of my equipment senior year of high school then went in the military. so when I got back in 05 i wasnt really going into stores or looking at gear until recently. everything is light and I think warrior is going to be my new jofa. neat thing about the projekts is they are put together great for mods like removable shoulder caps for pickup.
