Looking at new skates...

I am currently wearing Nike Flexlite 12's, which are a great skate, but they are nearing retirement after being used 2-3 times a week for the past few years. I skated in Easton C12's, a SMU for Source for Sports, prior to that. In looking for a new pair, I have come across some good deals on the Easton Stealth S17's, but read about some durabilty issues people have.

I play high level gents plus some pickup, am 6 ft and 200 lbs, and take care of my skates. Will these fit the bill or should I be looking elsewhere b/c they don't hold up very well...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Fit seems fine, just wondering if the durability issues are true or not...

If the Flexlite 12 worked I'd just grab a pair of Flexlite 4.0 Pros on closeout. Great skate for the money and already a proven fit for you.
