skate runner scraping sound?

Hey guys,

I got a pair of brand new Kor Shift2 skates few months ago and have been enjoying them. After the first sharpening (they were never sharpened before when I got them), the left skate would make a scraping sound when I do tight turns. It sounds like when you run a blunt knife over a dinner plate by mistake. I adjusted the runners (its the Pitch 3 runner/holder) and made sure to tighten it down with blue loctite but that did not fix the issue. I not having any issues skating or turning (besides the noise) so I lived with it.

Few sharpenings later, it still happens. I've been getting the same hollow for years from the same LHS (100/50 flat bottom). I also have a pair of Kor Shift1 skates and they don't make this noise, same hollow used.

Any idea on how to fix it?

If the boots are the same size, swap out the runners and see what happens. If not, switch the runners and see if it does it on the other side.
