holder question regarding pitch 3s

I'm trying to set up a pair of Graf 705s with the Mission Pitch 3 holder. The only issue is a 1/4" gap on the heel that tapers down to no gap. Anyone know of a way to rig something that may work or somewhere I can find risers for a 263mm holder.
