hunt3rsean 44 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 The ones I purchased were not. No rips, holes, or frays. Just some puck marks on the white. The material itself seemed "as new" other than the puck marks. Not saying all of them are this way but I received one set of the Hurricane away socks with the puck marks.
