Hockey bar/ pub in Milwaukee, WI?

Recommended Posts

Hopefully this is the right forum to post this. I have been looking for a good place to watch NHL games when they are on NBC Sports Network or NHL Network. I have gamecenter live, which is great for the regular season, but now that the playoffs have started, I need somewhere to watch. A couple bars down the street from me will put a game on one tv if I ask, but hockey is supplanted by just about everything else. I'd really like to be able to watch some games with other hockey folks, too. Any ideas, anyone?

Thanks in advance.

No such place. Major Goolsby by the BeeMo will play Admirals away games in the playoffs. Very rarely you'll find a hockey crowd in a bar for a game, MAYBE B.B.C. on Brady street.

Yeah, I am going down to Goolsby's tomorrow to watch the Ads. I haven't tried BBC yet, but at least they have decent bar food so going over wouldn't be too much a waste of time. I was hoping maybe there was some secret bar full of hockey fans that I somehow had not found yet. So far, Steny's has been pretty good about putting a game on if I request it, but even though they advertise NHL games there, they have never been on unless I ask for one. Managed to get the big screen once :) Thanks for the idea, I will try BBC Thursday.

I went down to BBC tonight for the Ottawa/ Montreal game. They were happy enough to put the game on a tv for me, and they were playing the Rangers/ Caps as well. It wasn't any different than going to Steny's, though, (only hockey fan there) and since Steny's is closer to me I will stick with the bars down the street unless anyone has some other ideas. Thanks for the idea, Buzz.
