Easton Stealth RS Skate Sharpening Question

Ok, so I'm generally happy with my skates the way they are, which has always been done with a standard sharpening - assuming when i say this I am getting 7/16th?

However, I would like to get the most out of my skates and think I am ready to start experimenting with different hallows. Here are my details: I'm 29 years old, I play center, I'm 5'9 140 lbs. I generally play a fast style (meaning my speed is usually my advantage).

Understanding that hallow preference is gonna be unique to me - could someone make a few suggestions based on my weight and skating style that i could start trying out?

Do you have issues with your skates when they are sharpened? Do they slip out when you dig in or do they bite too much and you prefer them after you use them a couple times?

I prefer the skates as soon as they are sharpened. But feel that they dull down pretty fast. I don't think I have ever thought that they bite too much.
