Skates: Best Toe Box Protection?

Which skates offer the most protective toe box? It would seem that since so many shots are bound to smash into the toe boot, that skate companies would prioritize the protection there, but I keep reading about guys breaking their toes when getting hit in the toe from slapshots. The Skate Fenders have zero toe protection. Is there a boot, or some sort of Kevlar coating, that can provide adequate toe protection, to the point that one need not fear the 2-3 inch high screaming slap shot?
