Cutting out cuff of Glove

The underside of my x60 glove, keeps catching with my wrist guards. I'm considering cutting out, some of the cuff, and shortening it, anyone ever do it ?

Well, went ahead and did it, turned out great, the bottom cuff no longer interferes with my wrist gaurd.
