jake1873 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2013 I play around 4 times a week on ice and practice on a shooting board 2-3 times a week. I currently use a 65 flex Easton RS with Iginla curve, the blade cracked and now I need a new stick. I am a forward, my tendencies are to pass and take wrist shots/snap shots. I am looking to spend under $190.Right now the RBZ or RS are my top choices.

The RBZ is going to be more durable than an RS, but I think you would like the DT if you liked the kick. How long did it take to break and what is your weight/height? Zjack38 46 Report post Posted July 27, 2013 If you broke the RS on the shooting board, do you use the board outside? Here's a recommendation don't use your stick you use for games out side, buy a cheap like 55s with the same curve for outside. But I would buy the rbz if I was you, and then get a like the rbz 60 for a back up and outside shooting

It's designed to have the most pop and for players who play professionally, who can replace their sticks much easier. I've heard lower end models lasting so much longer than the top end sticks and people always wonder why.I would go with a lower DT still.
Cosmic 178 Report post Posted July 27, 2013 If I were going one piece, I would go RBZ 80 (for $125 I think), which has the same blade as the top of the line Stage 2 RBZ. But, I like the idea of being able to swap out a blade whenever it gets chipped up, so I go 2 piece (TotalOne tapered + Dynasty blade)
jake1873 0 Report post Posted July 27, 2013 I had the RS for a year and I am around 5'4" 115lbs. I've tried warrior sticks and I don't really like them that much looking to get ccm, bauer or easton.
