AlphaSierra 1 Report post Posted August 3, 2013 I think it is a relatively new shop to the DC area, so I wanted to throw this out there. I was in a pinch for a charity tournament and needed another stick. I could not find my flex/pattern anywhere I checked so I called and got Dan at the shop 10 minutes after closing. He answered the phone, checked the rack and back to no avail. He had one put on the truck from another shop and had it the next day, and he could have easily said they were closed. Unfortunately I did not get to thank Dan (not there) when I went in to get the stick. Top notch customer service. Good shop that went the extra mile! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
JR Boucicaut 3797 Report post Posted August 3, 2013 Glad to hear that Dan went the extra mile (as I switch hats here LOL)You're exactly right - most people would not pick up the phone, let alone say they are closed. Rockville has been open since September I believe. The 2nd DC-area store (Sterling, VA) will be open very soon, and there will be a grand opening for both stores in September.
