yan 2 Report post Posted August 23, 2013 I have a pair of synergy eq5 skates which have a slightly agressive pitch. I find the stance forces me to look down at the puck more so I want to change it to a neutral stance. Instead of taking it to the shop to have the steel profiled, is it a good idea to use a dremmel to take off some extra steel at the heel?Previously I was using some low end easton skates with razor bladz 1 holders and the steel was not removable. The steel on it seems like it's in a neutral stance. So another option is to dremmel the plastic away and use the steel on my new skates. Does anyone know if the steel in the non removable holders will match the attachment holes on removable holders?
