This bump on my inner ball of my foot

I skated Sunday night, and think I laced my new skates too tightly. Everything was fine until about 24 hours later, when I noticed a bump on my left inside of my foot, under the ball of my foot. I am pretty sure that the bump is getting better, or maybe it has just moved. Initially, I was walking on it, now it seems like it is off to the inside, so when I press where I know it is, it hurts, but otherwise I do not feel it. Anyone else ever get this? My friend says it takes 4-5 days to go away; I am about at 3-4 days right now. I posted in another section about how to fix my skate boot- does anyone know how to fix my foot? I am hoping it just goes away on its own, but if you have any ideas ...

All the white stuff is just Traumeel. The bump is right where the glare is from the flash, where the ball of my foot was rubbing against the inner toe cap.
