Superfeet Yellow insole in GRAF skate.

Recommended Posts

Anyone out there have some advice regarding using a Superfeet Yellow insole in a GRAF skate. I have just begun using this insole in a GRAF ULTRA G3 skate. The insole sits nicely in place and after training 3 times with it I am used to the feel and enjoy the overall support of my heel and arch. At the base of the insole you have a hard yellow plastic piece which sits directly on the carbon fiber out sole and internal thread locks which hold the blade in place inside the skate. I have notice that the carbon fiber inside the skate is starting to look a bit abrased from the hard surface to hard surface contact. Although there is no major damage should I place some thin rubber or something else between the 2 surfaces to prevent any future damage. Has anyone had a similar experience and do you have any suggestions on preventing this occurrence.
