MrData 93 Report post Posted December 23, 2013 Getting new wheels soon. Obviously fit is the most important criteria, but how do Graf G535s compare to Bauer Supreme One.7s in terms of quality? I've heard that Grafs are pretty comfortable, and my LHS has both for the same price, so I'm curious. I'm coming from Bauer Vapor X3.0s (which were much too big, so I don't think the fit would be relevant to getting new skates).I'm also exploring the possibility of finding clearance top-end skates or pro stock skates online, but I'd still like to hear the opinion of anyone who has experience with the above two skates. Thanks! strosedefence34 179 Report post Posted December 23, 2013 I have had the one 70s for just about 2 years. I play usually 3 times a week if not more. Some pick up and some A/b level mens hockey they are still pretty stiff Id say and the boot has some wear, but they are still going strong and I could probably wear them for another 6 months or so. No complaints on the durability.

MrData 93 Report post Posted December 24, 2013 have you tried both of them on? they fit completely different espically in the ankle. I have. I liked the fit of the Supras slightly better. They did fit my left foot better than my right, but I think that will be lessened after baking and breaking in, and that would be the same for any non-custom skates... In any case, I went with the Grafs. Found a pair for $239.99, which includes first sharpening and baking. I haven't got them baked+sharpened yet because I'm waiting to see if they'll be less expensive somewhere else on Boxing Day.
