1052 Tacks thermoformable?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I did some searching and found nothing.

As the title states, I'm wondering if 1052 Tacks can be heat molded. My dad will be using the pair that I came across, and wants to have them "baked" if possible.

They should be, though it will be more of a "speeding up the break in process" than doing a whole lot for a customized fit.

Yes, I remember buying those when they were current, & they baked them & put me in the CCM Fit machine.
