DT1 is popular with the kids

Recommended Posts

I was walking past the dressing room after hockey tonight and the door to the 11-13 year olds room was open. There were 7 sticks in the corner. 5 were DT1s, 1 was a Dolomite, and the other was another Warrior model. They were on the ice after us so I had a look at their gear. I would say that more than 50% were wearing Reebok skates and over 50% were using Warrior sticks. I'm thinking there was a pretty good deal somewhere for this team.

Honestly im 15 and only two kids in my team have rbk skates, and one kid has dt1s just because he gets them for free. So my guess is that they got a deal from somewhere, like you said.

Warrior is seen as a "cool" brand by the younger generation. Or at least that's what I think. Also, the dt1 is a great stick!

dt1 is a great stick and im sure some place is blowing them out for being last years model. many stores near me got tons of dt1's then decided not to carry high end warrior sticks anymore and liquidated what they had from last year.
