Easton Stealth RS skates - arch supports

I think I answered my question as I typed this up, but I'll ask anyway -

I just received my Easton Stealth RS skates, and see they have the interchangeable arch support foot bed. Which arch support should I use? The one that most matches my arch, or one that gives me more arch support? I have pretty flat feet, so would I use the low arch or the high arch to correct my foot?

Low, to fit your foot profile would be my guess.

I would think medium at best if you have "flat feet".

Correct your foot?
