New SherWood stick

Don't know if this is new but I was at the rink todya and spotted two day-glow (neon) yellow and green sticks in the shop. They were Sherwood "Xcite" sticks. Felt real blade heavy, wonder if they're like the ETS sticks-hybrid y'know. The colors were awful!!! Reminded me of an old Miami vice episode. Any other sightings? Maybe it's a price point OPS?

I thought the Xcite was its own OPS with some of the colours you named

Don't know....it said SherWood and it was a Coffey curve. They had Senior and int. If OPS go with any more colors like this I'll have to break our my old parachute pants and watch old reruns of "Beat Street" and "Krush Groove".

Not close.....it could have been eXcite.....and the color was much brighter.

that isnt a new stick they are old.... they are ball hockey one pieces... i hate them. the blade is too thin and the curves suck.

I saw a bright Neon Green and a Yellow Sherwood at National today. Can't remember the name on them...but they looked like they had a wood texture at the top (handle), but by the blade it had a composite feel/look. Some sort of hybrid?

They had Spezza and Havlat curves (I think).

I only saw Jr's and they were $69.99 (Cda)
