Has anyone tried these out yet? They've been available for around 6 months now but I can't find a review anywhere.

Weren't they just PPFs with Base branding?

A few people have said they are made by Eagle.. but are they actually PPFs? Thought PPFs were quite a bit more than the $140 price tag Base has.

At $140 it seems very far fetched to think they are domestically produced.
