Shell question

After being a long time girdle user I had always wanted one of the bauer vapor xxxx adaptive core girdles. Well I was playing at a rink that had an older pro stop and I scored one this past weekend. I skated with it twice and I love the girdle but have an issue with my current shell. I am using a 9k but the kidney protection does not allow the 9k to sit up high enough on the acp. Does anyone know if the total one nxg shells have padding in the kidney area? I was looking to purchase one of the shells but my local rink does not have any for me to see in person.

I have the Warrior Hitman Shell. I've tried several different kinds and this is by far the best out there IMO. Has kidney padding.
