Nexus 800 Palm Shedding

Anyone else having an issue with the palms of their Nexus 800 gloves? I have a brand new pair and they seem to be "shedding"... seems like small pieces of nash shrapnel coming off on my stick. Thoughts on how to remedy?

Are you using grip shafts?

I think clarino and nash, when wet, pill up and the material scales/rolls off in layers, like cardboard.
