killcitystatic 1 Report post Posted May 21, 2015 I'm hoping to get some recommendations on sites, or better yet videos, that show drills to improve my agility on all edges. I've come back to playing after not having skated for over 10 years, and need to get comfortable on the ice again especially on my weak side. I can crossover fine and stop OK to the left, but am having a lot of trouble to the right at the moment.

You can never do enough edge work! Should help you become acclimated with the ice again!
MyBoxersSayJoe 133 Report post Posted May 29, 2015 I have my JV players warm up with that one. They hate doing it, but their skating improves so much over the course of the season. I generally like to try to find drills that will have them compete against each other. One they struggle with at the beginning of the season but get better and better at is:https://youtu.be/VxBl7qFdVDM
