Composite skates outdoors

Hi all

Sorry if this has been discussed. Are there any issues playing hockey outdoors in -10 c/ 14 f or below in composite skates. I am have staring skating in composite skates for the first time and wondering if it is safe to skate outdoors with them.

The only thing you're going to have a problem with is lacing them up. I have Tacks, and lacing them up when they're freezing cold and my fingers are numb is not fun at all because the boot becomes so stiff, but once they're tied they're fine.
