New Gear Suggestions (Warrior Dynasty Pro HD)

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am a new here and a i am currently looking for Pro Protection Shoulder, Elbow and Shin Gear. I would be purchasing Sr size stuff since i am 28. I looked at the Warrior Dynasty HD Pro protective gear but i am unsure if thats any good or if its top of the line quality made gear. I play Mens league B level. Also skate with some Professional and Upcoming Professional level players.

Below is what i was looking at getting.

Don't want to skimp out.

Thanks

Huge fan of the shoulder and elbow pads, the shins not so much. Warrior's "Smart Cap" tech is awesome, very comfortable and protective. The Warrior shins that I've tried never seem to sit quite right and feel strange in stride.

I've only tried the HD Pro in store but have been using the AXLT shoulders and AX1 elbows for 6-7 months and they've been great. Sold my AX1 shins after 3 skates; bought some 20Ks after too many recommendations and I couldn't be happier.

I'd also take a look at CCM's Tacks line (Ultra or 6052) or Easton's Pro line (since replaced by the Pro 10).

Love em. Nice and light with the perfect amount of protection. The spine and kidney pads have protected me very well after several cross checks and a couple of tumbles into the boards. Best caps I've had on shoulders and they dry overnight.

Thank's!!! I'm undecided between ax1 and axlt....I'm looking for something not to bulky but with good protection.....maybe axlt is the right choice...

The AX1 are very protective, mobile and comfortable, I would recommend them if you are playing contact

anybody know if the HD elbows run the same length as the AX1 elbows? I have rbz's right now and they're about an inch too short on the forearm and im getting slashed there more than id like. I was in AX1's before and they were perfect...
