CCM 5052 Tacks skate eyelets pulling up ?

What would cause the eyelets to move slide up from tightening the skates I can see a start of a second circle around the bottom of the eyelets, my guess would be from over baking and tightening, has anyone with CCM tacks see this on there skates and are they junk now? I would post a pic but can't figure out how to get it to post.

I imagine you mean the hole the eyelet is installed in is elongating?

Tightening skates without letting the material dry could cause it. I'm sure the guys here will have more diagnosis' for a cause as well.
