fitlite & fitlite 3ds vs reebok 11k

in the market for a new helmet.  can't seem to find reebok 11k in black/blk in either M or L.

 

I was wondering the differences between the fitlite and 3ds  as to which fits more like the 11k?...

Pretty sure Fitlite is the CCM branded 11K.
