eBay question

Someone won my auction on eBay two days ago. I have not received any payment or contact from the winner. How long do I have to wait before I give it to someone else?

I sent two emails through eBay to the winner also...

What did you say in your auction? I've seen some auctions stating that they will hold the item for up to 7 days for payment. If the payment is not received by 7 days, it will get relisted. I guess it's up to you. If I were you, I would contact the 2nd highest bidder and notify them that they will have a chance to buy the item if the highest bidder backs out. If the highest bidder still doesnt pay you after 7-10 days, you should leave some bad feedback.

And if they don't pay you should also contact eBay. They should suspend their account.

I'd give them at least a week. It's possible for folks to have computer trouble, etc. Be sure that you double check what the terms were in your auction, then give them a day or two more than that..

You might also let the 2nd place bidder know what's going on so that they don't buy another item..
