Recommended hollow for synthetic ice?

Hi, I'm taking some hockey lessons and they are on synthetic ice.  Skating on synthetic ice sucks.  Does anyone recommend any particular hollow to make it easier?

On real ice, I use FBV 95/75 or regular hollow 1/2".

I would stick to your regular hollow, or go to 5/8, synthetic ice creates more resistance than normal ice. Regardless, skates will need to be sharp when you start, and you may want to sharpen again when you're done. Wears down your edges at least twice, if not more,  as fast as ice.
