Baking Jetspeed FT1 skates

Hello, I was wondering how long should my FT1's be sitting in a skate oven for. They have been baked once with Superfeet Carbon Pro, but I'm switching to the Bauer Speed Plate's and heard I have to re-bake. I threw out the box that came with the skates. Thanks in advance.
