True roller bag

I have been drooling over a pacific rink bag for about a year now but the price here in canada is $270.  Which is a hard pill to swallow.  Anyways onto my question.  I have been looking at all sorts of other options as far bag organization goes.  I have had a look at the true 38" wheel bag and it sells for $99 dollars which is alot better and just wonder if anyone has had experience with this bag.  My main concern is build quality.  Any other thoughts welcome.

Thank you for writing back. One thing I like about the pacific bag is the wet dry compartment on top. How are the side pockets on the true bag. Is there enough room for jerseys and base layers?
