Is the blade on a Vapor similar to a Ribcor?

I've been using Ribcor's for a long time. I always loved them because the blade feels so stiff/pingy and i can always tell where the puck is. I'm looking at the new vapor models (2x pro or team) and am curious if the blade would feel similar to a Ribcor? I've only used a bauer stick once before and the blade felt bad on it. It was a Nexus and the blade felt "mushy", almost like i was stick handling with cardboard.

No, it's not the same. The Vapor is more stiff all around and the Ribcor is very stiff at the toe and gradually becomes softer towards the heel.
