Sz 13 Skate help!

So ive been using a pair of used old mission skates I got off sideline swap for about a year now! I am starting to play more frequently and more competitively and I am looking for some nicer skates. But since i wear a size 13 skate i am very limited to my choices. One pair that come up are the Tour code 3.1 but I have heard mixed reviews about these skates. Any help would be much appreciated.
