In Canada the only cream I found with lanolin listed as an ingredient was Skintimate ladies' shaving cream. Barbasols available around me did not seem to have lanolin.

I've done the shaving cream w/ lanolin thing and it works.

Another thing I used to do was take bounce dryer sheets and stuff them into the wet glove after playing and let them dry like that. Used to work well to combat smell and crustyness.

sorry to bring up the old topic,but...

Should i wait to put the shaving cream on till the goatskin starts getting crusty? or should i go ahead and do it after every skate?

also, how much do u put on the interior palm part?

I never put shaving cream on mine.. EVER.

My old gloves used to get crusty, then I started taking care of my new gloves. It makes a WORLD of difference if you let them air out. I have a pair of x6's and a pair are outlasting my other gloves. My tps's are about a year old now and the palms are still not stiff.

Take um out of your bag after you play..
