We use "So much for the afterglow" (minus the interlude) by everclear, "Walkie Talkie Man" by steriogram, and "Rock Star" (also minus the interlude) by everclear. All of them are upbeat songs. We have a 100 song play slit, and use those three for warumps, then the rest between whistles. Our Goal song is "Jump on It" by Sir mix a lot (its an awsome goal song). After warmups we play "zombie nation" by kernkraft 4000. After the first we play "Final Chapter" by Mike Malasco and after the second we play "Sandstorm" by Darude. The rest is random.
