Mission 750 DNA Strand Broken

I laced up my Mission 750's earlier today, and a DNA strand broke. Any information on what to do for the warranty would be helpful. Should I expect this out of a new pair or did I just get a weak pair?

That was the thing I hated about the Dna strands. They pissed me off so bad. Easier to lace but so easy to snap.
