I believe you can get them in a couple different sizes, just not 14.

But yes, you can get x80's in a 14 inch.

I'm pretty sure that the sizing on the eagles was 14" for anything ending in 0 (x50, x70, x80) and 15" for anything ending in a 1 (x71, x81). I recall seeing it on their old web-site, but I couldn't find anything about it on their current site.

the 81s and 71s have a slash gaurd on the side, 14" gloves

Matbe it was only the case on the older models - I'm pretty sure it was just a longer cuff on the glove anyway, not a larger fitting glove.
