Painting M1 gloves?

Recommended Posts

I picked up a pair of yellow & black M1 gloves a couple weeks ago and i'm not a big fan of the colors. Especially cause our jerseys are the green Minnesota Wild ones. Although, my team said it's easier to recognize me with them, heh.

Anyways, just wondering if any of you have tried painting gloves. My girlfriend works at an art supply store and probably has access to almost anything...What type of paint should I use?

i dont think id try to paint them but im pretty sure there is paint made for leather. kinda ironic you made this post, my best friend got the black/blue ones from his roller team but needed the all black ones for his ice team, so he used a magnum .44 marker on most of the blue, ruined the gloves, made 'em smell so bad

If you paint your gloves, the paint will ruin your gloves and will just come off during a game.

If you want to change the color of your gloves, depending on the material it can be dyed a different color, that would be your only option. Or you can put colored electrical tape over it, but that's illegal in many leagues.
