Snigglefish 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2005 I have a pair of old 902s that need to be retired. I'm a size 12 in regular shoes, bought a size 12 skate. Seemed to work....I'm considering taking the plunge on some Blue Max. Can I assume the sizing is the same? Is the reason most people go a size down for extra tightness and to allow for eventual break in? I'm wondering if I should've bought a smaller size originally? Is this why I suck ;-)? I think it has a lot more to do with starting hockey at 30! But seriously, I wonder if a smaller skate is in order.
