keeping shoes "Nice and Fresh"

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

im curious to know what you guys do to try and keep your shoes in good condition.

I picked up my 3rd pair of air force ones today and want to keep them in nice condition becuase i really love the color scheme.

my other two pairs seemed to get dirty wherever i went. (I would clean them when I got home of course :P )

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks guys!

here are some picture if anyone cares to know!

i have white shoes too and what i found to keep them "nice" is Mr. Clean magic eraser. that thing is amazing for getting dirt or any other crap/scuffs of light colored shoes.

as for fresh i always keep Odor Eaters and Dr.Scholls Odor Destroyers handy.

sweet shoes btw

you better not crease them lol you have to put the heel inserts in the front. Buy shoe cleaner at foot locker and buy the sneaker protecter and apply that 2. I have had my air force ones for a month and they still look new no creases or nothing

dont use that arm and hammer odor stuff. ur shoes will smell terrible.

i stick with febreeze to keep them fresh scented.

to keep them white, you can get a toothbrush with bleach on it and scrub your shoes. Also those clorox whipes can be used, their an alternitive for colored shoes.

if you look at the side of a air force one the heel is much higher in the front and when you walk that is why they crease if you put the heel insert in the front and dont tie them up to tight they well not crease.

Keep your Forces in the original box and tape the holes shut or get a box that will keep oxygen from coming in and out of the box. Load the box up with silica packs and this will reduce the pace of the shoes from oxidizing, it will NOT prevent it because all shoes eventually oxidize.
