The description says " I DO NOT SHIP TO FRANCE OR GERMANY. NO EXCEPTIONS! BUT IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE REASON WHY I DO NOT, JUST ASK!".

So i emailed this dude and i got his reply some minutes ago:

What are you talking about? They never denounced war but were one of the biggest contributors helping the US although they never officially supported us.
